Makeeta reserves the right, but undertakes no obligation, to actively report and prosecute actual and suspected fraud. Makeeta may require further authorization from you, such as telephone confirmation or additional information. If fraud is suspected, Makeeta reserves the right to cancel any orders or activities. Makeeta may submit information, with or without a subpoena, to law enforcement or credit card companies for investigation.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or Internet resources not owned or controlled by Makeeta. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not signify Makeeta’s endorsement of such websites or resources. Makeeta shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, power outages, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
Makeeta may terminate or suspend access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, the indemnification provisions of these Terms shall survive.
You and Makeeta agree to resolve any disputes between us through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Any arbitration will be confidential and conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms of Use, along with the Makeeta Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Makeeta regarding the Site.
